Birth Support,
Baby & Child Sleep,
and Family Nutrition
"Thanks so much Kay,
honestly you are so helpful. I really wish all women could get this kind of help. People just don't know and assume it has to be a never-ending suffering which makes this journey so much harder when it doesn't have to be. Not just for sleep training, but for the constant reassurance too. It's so important and crucial." - Caitlyn,
mum to a 6 month old
& 3 year old
The Heart of my Practice
Gentle Rhythms offers calm, holistic support for families from pregnancy through the early years, with guidance in birth, infant and child sleep, and nourishing nutrition.
Inspired by nature’s wisdom and the unique unfolding of each child, my approach honours rhythm, connection, and trust. I support families in moving away from pressure and confusion, and toward confidence, ease, and deeper understanding.
As a birth doula, paediatric sleep guide, and nutritionist, I walk alongside families from pregnancy to five years, offering support that nurtures both child and caregiver. These are not separate strands, but part of one living thread: creating strong foundations where children can flourish and families feel held.
My work is rooted in a deep respect for early childhood and the developing human being. Children grow through what surrounds them: warmth, nourishment, rhythm, rest, loving presence, and meaningful connection.
Guided by earth-centred and anthroposophical perspectives, I view children as spiritual and embodied beings, each arriving with their own pace and path. Rather than rigid systems or quick solutions, I work gently with rhythm and relationship, listening carefully and supporting balance within family life.
Gentle Rhythms is a space where families are met with kindness, curiosity, and care. A place where uncertainty can soften, intuition can strengthen, and growth can unfold naturally. Because early life is not something to be managed, it is something to be honoured.
